Are the products 100% true to colour on Instagram and the website?

  1. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee 100% colour accuracy. 
  2. The actual product may vary slightly in colour due to the lighting from individual computer and/or devices. 

 

Can I cancel my order once it is confirmed?

  1. There will be no cancellation of order once it is confirmed.
  2. We will not be able to amend orders once it is confirmed, so, do ensure that you have selected the correct item(s) before carting out.

 

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

  1. Your order is only secured and confirmed upon submission of payment.
  2. Upon checkout, if you receive an error message that indicates in your cart is unavailable, it means that the item has been checked out by another buyer.
  3. In the event that the buyer fails to complete the transaction, the item will be made available on the Website again in about 30 minutes from the time of checkout.
  4. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, a refund will be made to your original mode of payment.

 

Do you accept purchases via private messaging?

  1. All purchases have to be made via our Web store.

 

What payment options do you offer?

  1. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal and Apple Pay.
  2. For Singapore residents, we also accept PayNow.


How do discount codes work?

  1. Before completion of the checkout process, discount codes MUST be applied in your shopping cart.
  2. If the discount code is not applied, there will be no refund or reimbursement.
