Are the products 100% true to colour on Instagram and the website?
- Please be advised that we cannot guarantee 100% colour accuracy.
- The actual product may vary slightly in colour due to the lighting from individual computer and/or devices.
Can I cancel my order once it is confirmed?
- There will be no cancellation of order once it is confirmed.
- We will not be able to amend orders once it is confirmed, so, do ensure that you have selected the correct item(s) before carting out.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
- Your order is only secured and confirmed upon submission of payment.
- Upon checkout, if you receive an error message that indicates in your cart is unavailable, it means that the item has been checked out by another buyer.
- In the event that the buyer fails to complete the transaction, the item will be made available on the Website again in about 30 minutes from the time of checkout.
- In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, a refund will be made to your original mode of payment.
Do you accept purchases via private messaging?
- All purchases have to be made via our Web store.
What payment options do you offer?
- We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal and Apple Pay.
- For Singapore residents, we also accept PayNow.
How do discount codes work?
- Before completion of the checkout process, discount codes MUST be applied in your shopping cart.
- If the discount code is not applied, there will be no refund or reimbursement.
